<p><strong>The Team You’ll Work With</strong></p>
<p>The GTM Strategy &amp; Operations team partners with Sales &amp; Marketing leaders to drive Carta’s revenue strategy and best-in-class execution.</p>
<p>This role is a critical hire for the AMEA (APAC, Middle East, and Africa) team, supporting a region to scale across private markets ecosystem.</p>
<p><strong>The Problems You’ll Solve</strong></p>
<p>As a GTM Strategy &amp; Ops Associate, you will own the operational roadmap for the AMEA region, using process, systems, and data as levers to accelerate productivity.</p>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Territory &amp; Execution: Own AMEA territory planning, account segmentation, and Book of Business assignments to ensure equitable coverage and maximum sales velocity.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Data &amp; Analytics Foundation: Own business requirements for regional reporting. Create and maintain BI dashboards that proactively identify risks and opportunities in the AMEA pipeline and customer retention.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Process Architect: Design and implement &#39;Lead-to-Cash&#39; workflows for new asset classes and complex GTM motions (e.g., ERP integrations).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Global Bridge: Collaborate with US RevOps, Systems and Data teams to ensure the AMEA roadmap is codified within global data architecture.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Tech Stack Management: Manage and optimize regional tools (SFDC, LeanData, Outreach, Chorus, Marketo etc.) to drive automation and ensure data hygiene.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to AMEA GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights for QBRs, board materials, and executive analyses.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>The ideal candidate is a proactive, mid-level operator who thrives in high-growth, ambiguous environments and is comfortable balancing high-level strategy with &#39;hands-on&#39; systems execution.</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience: 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS environment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Analytical Power: Highly proficient in SQL and BI tools (Metabase).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Systems Expert: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Owner Mentality: You take pride in building from the ground up.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Global Perspective: Experience or interest in international markets; ability to navigate and communicate effectively across time zones and diverse regional requirements.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Structured Thinker: Exceptional ability to frame business questions with data and implement actionable process improvements.</li>
</ul>
