      <Description><![CDATA[<p>The IT Service Management Analyst is responsible for the strategy development, operation and support of enterprise-wide service management functions, including asset, incident, change, problem, service request, knowledge, and configuration management processes and operational analytics/BI/reporting functions. This position is responsible for developing and supporting TO metrics and reporting to monitor process/tool adoption and maturity levels, technical ability to pull data from a variety of sources, consolidating and analyzing the data to identify potential areas for improvement, leading projects to identify and execute improvements in processes and tools, and working with service owners and leaders across the technology organization to identify and publish actionable service metrics that drive continuous service improvement.</p>
<p>This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Excel.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Design and develop metrics and reports using data from Helix, and other data sources</li>
<li>Assist Service Management Analysts and technology partners in defining requirements for metrics and reports</li>
<li>Support and enhance existing metrics and reports</li>
<li>Support and enhance the Helix (SQL server) data mart</li>
<li>Act as a liaison to the Data and Analytics reporting team for support and requirements</li>
<li>Analyze data for trends, root cause, and performance issues</li>
<li>Validate data accuracy</li>
<li>Identify and troubleshoot data issues</li>
<li>Work with vendors as appropriate to resolve data issues or discuss requirements</li>
<li>Identify metrics and reports that will help improve TO processes</li>
<li>Track and report status of metrics and reporting projects</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for an accomplished and curious Research Manager to support and expand custom research programs, including consumer surveys and Brand Lift studies, to support the Advertising &amp; Sponsorships (A&amp;S) business at EA. This role partners with the Research Manager for A&amp;S Insights to support the design, execution, and delivery of research that informs advertising sales strategy, measurement, and storytelling.</p>
<p>You are an excellent candidate if you have built strong research fundamentals, are experienced in executing research end to end, and enjoy translating data into compelling insights. We ask that you have hands-on experience across all phases of the research process. You should also have solid project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support execution of in-house Brand Lift Studies, updating questionnaires for external advertising brands and developing insight-driven reports.</li>
<li>Analyse Brand Lift Study results and translate data into clear, actionable insights that help clients and our teams understand ad recall, impact to brand metrics, and ad optimization opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop and present, client-ready reports that communicate important insights, implications and recommendations.</li>
<li>Design and support research projects in consideration of A&amp;S priorities, partnering with team members and external clients to understand needs and translate questions into research proposals.</li>
<li>Manage external research vendors, including evaluating partners, defining scope, aligning and briefing work, tracking progress, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Work with the Research Manager to prioritise research requests and deliver planned research projects.</li>
<li>Contribute to the evolution of research methods, tools, and approaches as needs change.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in a market research role (in-house or agency), with experience in ad tracking or brand tracking research.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience across all phases of a market research study, including research design, questionnaire development, survey testing, soft launch review, fieldwork monitoring, tab and analysis planning, data review, charting, and report writing.</li>
<li>Identify trends and write clear, insight-driven reports with an actionable narrative.</li>
<li>Can visualise research results using Google Slides or PowerPoint, ensuring charts are accurate, highlight important insights.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating across teams, including internal stakeholders, external clients, and vendors.</li>
<li>Experience prioritising complex workloads, creating structured project plans, tracking milestones, and proactively identifying risks to ensure deadlines are met.</li>
