content focused on soft skill enablement.</li>\n<li>Translate complex product capabilities into specialized learning paths and actionable enablement resources across Stripe’s technical landscape.</li>\n<li>Stay on the pulse of industry trends and competitive landscapes, adapting enablement priorities to maintain Stripe&#39;s technical edge.</li>\n<li>Build aesthetically superb courseware and documentation alongside scalable enablement assets (e.g., technical deep-dives, playbooks, certification programs, and hands-on technical labs).</li>\n<li>Orchestrate and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), including Product and Product Marketing, to curate high-impact technical content.</li>\n<li>Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs, ongoing training, and just-in-time learning resources to keep the Professional Services teams at the cutting edge.</li>\n<li>Cultivate a program of continuous peer-to-peer learning that empowers top-performing consultants to share best practices and field-tested technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Identify skill and knowledge gaps, then partner cross-functionally to build innovative enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in satisfaction, productivity, and revenue generation.</li>\n<li>Be a key advocate and support for change management and best practices throughout the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in a technical consulting or enablement role.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to incorporate them into the curriculum.</li>\n<li>Proven track record of designing and delivering highly effective enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales and delivery performance.</li>\n<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build productive relationships with teams across the organization.</li>\n<li>Passion for continuous learning and a solutions-oriented mindset.</li>\n<li>Experience with content creation, curation, and knowledge management platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience developing content for technical certifications.</li>\n<li>Professional experience using e-learning software and/or
