As a Credit Trader, you will: Trade stablecoins for on and off ramp needs related to clients trades and/or funding trades and perps for hedging. Trade derivatives for yield and hedging purposes. Move and track collateral across multiple venues and business lines in order to optimize utilization, yield and funding. Create detailed memos and runbooks on operationalization of current as well future funding facilities across CEFI and DEFI. Help manage key external funding partner relationships to expand our ability to borrow tokens and $ to fund our business. Regularly analyze risks levels and market trends to identify areas of optimization and lead improvements.

Must Have: 5+ years of experience in trading, business operations, or related fields. Experience related to crypto markets, fintech, financial systems. Experience structuring and developing complex financial products with large institutions as well as startups. Strong risk management acumen and developing control frameworks around them
