As a Software Engineer in V&amp;V for OBC, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad technical scope, be part of advanced development environments, and contribute to ensuring that our customers receive safe and high-performance charging systems.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will work broadly with verification and validation of Onboard Chargers (OBC) within various customer projects. You will be an important part of our technical deliveries and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that our solutions meet the highest quality standards.</p>\n<p>The work covers the entire chain of test and validation activities – from requirement review and breakdown into test plans, to the execution of functional tests, system tests, and various environmental and climate validations. You will work both in lab environments, climate chambers, and in the field, contributing to the development of test methods, test environments, and automated tests.</p>\n<p>A central part of the role is analysing test results, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities, and compiling reports to present your recommendations to both technical teams and project organisations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with several areas of expertise, often taking on a coordinating role in many of the assignments.</p>\n<p>This role is suitable for someone who wants to combine hands-on testing, technical analysis, and collaboration in an environment where new projects and technological solutions are constantly evolving.</p>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 4 years of experience in software testing related to OBC</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field such as Engineering Physics, Vehicle Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent</li>\n<li>Experience in breaking down requirements into a test plan</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of measurement systems and sensors for software testing</li>\n<li>Programming skills in C/C++ or Python</li>\n<li>Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, CANalyser, CANoe, or FlexRay</li>\n<li>HIL experience with systems such as dSpace or ETAS</li>\n<li>Experience working with tools such as INCA, MDA, and MATLAB/Simulink</li>\n<li>Knowledge of standards such as ISO15118, ISO61851, ISO18246</li>\n<li>Category B driving licence</li>\n<li>Communicates fluently in Swedish and English</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in coordinating roles or cross-functional work</li>\n<li>Background in electrification or E-mobility</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About You</strong></p>\n<p>To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have an analytical and structured working style, with the ability to break down complex technical questions and create clarity in both processes and test methodology.
