      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a highly skilled Sr. High Voltage (HV) System Validation Engineer to join our team. As a Sr. HV System Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and documenting HV system requirements from a feature level down to functional and component level for implementation in Ford&#39;s Universal EV (UEV) platform. You will also be responsible for ensuring HV system&#39;s reliable performance and working side by side with various cross-functional teams to support HV system design, vehicle behavior definition, prototype bring-up, and validation of HV system with a system level focus.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Developing, documenting, and executing HV system requirements from a feature level down to functional and component level</li>
<li>Contributing to Ford&#39;s future HV architecture and features by developing and/or reviewing HV system requirements</li>
<li>Applying engineering best practices and available standards to define required HV system requirement including but not limited to HV voltage ripple, isolation, safety interlocks, and protection strategies</li>
<li>Staying up to date with the latest advancements in HV system engineering standards globally</li>
<li>Working closely with LV system integration team to develop required HV system and LV system interoperability requirements</li>
</ul>

<li>Developing and executing HV system test plans to validate HV system performance, safety, and functional behaviors</li>
<li>Developing and executing proper system characterization tests to decompose HV system requirements into HV component requirements</li>
<li>Collaborating with cross functional teams including SW, mechanical packaging, vehicle integration, and EPA range to characterize system behaviors and optimize performance</li>
</ul>

<li>Troubleshooting system failures using proper engineering tools and system testing</li>
<li>Developing and executing diagnostic procedures for effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of HV system issues</li>
<li>Using CAN tools (Vector CANalyzer, CANape) to evaluate system functionality / performance and troubleshoot issues</li>
</ul>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a skilled engineer to join our team as a Body Controls - Climate Software Design and Release Engineer. This role will provide a unique and challenging engineering experience combining HMI styling, software, vehicle level system performance, and program management.</p>
<p>In this position, you will engineer for climate electronic controls, HMI, and electronic control modules. You will evaluate program definition and work with feature teams to determine content and market variations. You will lead the completion of software integration, communicate with design studios on concepts and engineering feasibility, and connect with the studio for Class A surface development - HMI.</p>
<p>You will also communicate with the electrical team and support program results, define electrical interfaces related to software, conduct design reviews with interfacing Ford activities, vehicle package, core EESE climate electronics, and supplier engineering. You will lead program-specific failure mode avoidance (DFMEA), support software development, lead software release process and software change management, and provide vehicle build software support.</p>
<p>We&#39;re looking for a motivated self-starter with a goal of delivering a quality part on time. You should have a bachelor&#39;s degree in engineering and 6+ months of experience in the automotive industry. Familiarity with CAN tools and understanding of electronic and/or vehicle systems is a plus.</p>
