      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking an Instructional Designer to create effective and impactful trainings that align with our vision and mission. You will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing engaging content in digital and live formats, and developing interactive and impactful training activities. You will implement these trainings into the desired delivery format and create measurable assessments and evaluations.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:
Produce effective and engaging educational experiences for an internal audience
Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and develop course content, assessments, and evaluations
Assess user needs and align course content and design accordingly
Apply core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learner engagement and retention
Leverage our learning management system to deliver, track, and ensure training completion
Train instructors, managers, learners, and other stakeholders in using learning technologies
Maintain projects and organize course documentation
Analyse, update, and refine existing training content
Facilitate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars</p>
<p>Qualifications:
Proficiency in producing digital learning experiences using authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.
Proficiency in designing and delivering instructor-led training
Strong digital design skills using tools including the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, etc.
Advanced knowledge of data evaluation and assessments
Strong project management and organization skills
Bachelor&#39;s Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field. Master’s Degree is preferred
Experience producing and delivering training in corporate and manufacturing environments
Experience with designing, producing, and delivering training in AR/VR formats
Experience administering training in a Learning Management System (LMS). Experience with Cornerstone preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Our internship programs offer real-world projects, hands-on experience, and opportunities to collaborate with teams globally. As a technical writing intern at Synopsys, you will gather and analyze complex technical data from multiple sources to document new or updated product features. You will write, format, and proofread high-quality documentation tailored for both technical experts and end-users. The internship is 12 weeks long and is located in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. You will work in-office and will be expected to collaborate with personnel from technical departments to resolve usability issues and information discrepancies.</p>
<p>You will leverage natural language AI tools to streamline workflows and increase documentation throughput. You will create engaging &#39;how-to&#39; video tutorials using tools like Camtasia. You must be enrolled full-time and returning to your degree program after the internship. You will submit a writing sample as part of your application. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be a team player, responsible, and highly motivated.</p>
<p>Preferred qualifications include graduate students in Professional/Technical Writing programs, or undergraduate Sophomores/Juniors in technical degrees. You will have experience with technical writing or other published works (blogs, journals, literary magazines, etc.). You will have exposure to XML, HTML, Markdown, DITA, and/or DocBook mark-up languages. You will have experience with scripting languages.
