Qualifications: Proficiency in producing digital learning experiences using authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc. Proficiency in designing and delivering instructor-led training Strong digital design skills using tools including the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, etc. Advanced knowledge of data evaluation and assessments Strong project management and organization skills Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field. Master’s Degree is preferred Experience producing and delivering training in corporate and manufacturing environments Experience with designing, producing, and delivering training in AR/VR formats Experience administering training in a Learning Management System (LMS).
