<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user inquiries, providing timely technical interventions.</li>
<li>Execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on support metrics to identify systemic knowledge gaps and implement proactive solutions that reduce recurring service requests.</li>
<li>Author comprehensive instructional content and digital media to facilitate self-service learning and standardize PLM best practices across the enterprise.</li>
<li>Lead engaging, process-centric training programs for global users, ensuring alignment between software functionality and manufacturing business requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with global teams to identify best practices.</li>
<li>Provide system onboarding support for internal and external users.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>BSc, Engineering OR a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering).</li>
<li>Experience with Siemens Teamcenter.</li>
<li>5+ years experience working in engineering business systems space.</li>
<li>5+ years experience in end user support.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Preferable experience with manufacturing business processes (Bill of Process, Bill of Material, Change Management).</li>
<li>Strong communication skillset.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CAD environments (Preferrable NX).</li>
<li>Strong program management.</li>
<li>Strong time management.</li>
<li>Methodical problem solving.</li>

<p>Salary: This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate&#39;s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.</p>
