      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a FIX Connectivity Engineer - Trading to join our Market Connectivity team. The primary focus of this role will be onboarding external trading teams and ensuring seamless integration of third-party trading systems with the Millennium ecosystem.</p>
<p>In this role, you will work collaboratively with brokers, exchanges, ECNs, and third-party platforms across all asset classes and regions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues in a Level 3 support environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will need strong experience in financial markets technology, including Java development, FIX protocol, and Linux development. You will also need a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, networking protocols, and market structure across equities, futures, options, and FX.</p>
<p>The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.</p>
