As an Associate Systems Owner, you will manage a dynamic systems portfolio within our Customer Experience organization, leveraging your background in technology and collaboration to build empathetic, player-first support experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Technology & Services partner teams to deliver full-spectrum solutions
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure stakeholder needs are actively considered
• Exploring data from your systems and stakeholders to formulate and share actionable insights
• Understanding the needs of EA players and fans, applying these insights to formulate system strategies and roadmaps that align with EA's business goals
• Introducing new systems and enhancements, partnering with Management and fellow Systems Owners to ensure predictable, effective delivery
• Prioritizing and managing systems backlogs, keeping development partners and stakeholders updated on priority shifts
• Identifying and mitigating system risks while developing effective contingency plans

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Consulting, and/or related disciplines, with a proven ability to partner with IT to transform complex business needs into high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications.

Additional requirements include:

• 2+ years of experience working with Customer Service tools (CRMs, Admin tools) in Technical or Program Management roles
• 2+ years of experience using Agile methodologies to manage business and technical stakeholder interests with a people-first approach and a bias for action
• Proficiency in managing ambiguity through analytical thinking and decisive communication in rapidly evolving technical environments and contexts
• A forward-thinking advocate for AI and emerging tech, leveraging strong communication skills to advocate for and implement innovative solutions

You will also write detailed 'definition of done' criteria to ensure engineering teams have a crystal-clear understanding of success metrics and Ford Credit's quality standards. Additionally, you will partner with the product manager to refine and prioritize the backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

In this role, you will conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends from competitors, support the product manager in defining and maintaining the long-term vision for the Ford Credit modernization journey, and synthesize customer feedback and NPS data to advocate for features that resolve pain points and improve the user experience.

You will also need to have a great communicator with the ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly, and seek alignment across all parties and levels of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience working with financial products or services in a product team in a matrixed organisation, and a deep understanding of originations, receivables, loan processing, or financial operations.

You will also need to have experience in gathering and documenting detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and be able to define, track, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs).
