<p>Requirements:</p>

<p><strong><strong>About the role</strong></strong></p>
<p>We&#39;re looking for a Director of Business Partnering to continue to build and lead our People Partnering function. This is a strategic, high-impact role that will help shape the way our organisation scales during a period of hyper-growth.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll partner closely with our People Ops team and leaders across all divisions — Product + Engineering, Commercial (Sales, Marketing, CS), Operations, and G&amp;A — with a particular emphasis on strengthening our commercial partnering capabilities.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll be leading a phenomenal team of 3 People partners with a mandate to grow that team in order to support our fast growing organisation. We want to drive a People Partnering model that is:</p>

<p>_Lead the People Partnering Function_</p>

<li>Establish a strategic and consultative approach that ties People decisions directly to business outcomes.</li>
</ul>

<li>Develop frameworks for organisation design, headcount planning, succession, talent management, and change management.</li>

<li>Champion experimentation and automation across the People Partnering function.</li>

<p><strong><strong>What We&#39;re Looking For</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Extensive experience in People Business Partnering roles, including partnering closely with commercial GTM teams.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting high-growth tech or scaling organisations. Ideally have led function during hypergrowth: from 300-1000+ employees.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to manage complexity across global regions, with a focus on UK, US, France and DACH regions.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to design and evolve org structures during rapid scale and leadership coaching.</li>
</ul>

<li>A data-driven, structured problem-solver who uses insights, dashboards, and metrics in every recommendation.</li>
