<p>Reporting to the Global Print Editorial Strategy &amp; Operations Director, you&#39;ll manage projects at the intersection of editorial workflows, technology migrations, and financial accountability, ensuring the division operates with peak performance.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Operating Model Design: Lead the design and implementation of future-state operating models and organisational structures to support evolving business needs.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Business Model Development: Partner with leadership to refine business models and drive portfolio optimisation.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with leadership to develop an operational roadmap.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Workflow Optimisation: Conduct discovery analysis and value mapping to streamline editorial systems and workflow tools.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Use performance analytics to identify bottlenecks and provide evidence-based recommendations for improvements.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of editorial projects from ideation through to post-launch in a fast-paced matrix environment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Procurement &amp; Compliance: Lead vendor selection &amp; management, including contract negotiations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Workshop Facilitation: Lead cross-functional discovery sessions and workshops to align diverse teams,from Editors to Engineers,on project goals.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Change Management: Conduct change impact assessments to ensure the smooth adoption of new tools and processes across the organisation.</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience that will put you ahead of the curve includes project management experience within publishing, being as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a creative operations department, and proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Looker and Google Workspace tools.</p>
<p>The expected salary for this role is up to £75,000. This is a hybrid role from our London office.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and operating the exclusive Porsche Charging Network (Porsche Charging Lounges) in Europe. You will coordinate with suppliers and markets to ensure a seamless customer experience at our locations.</p>
<p>During your internship, you will gain insights into various interfaces within sales and the entire company related to electromobility. You will also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to improve customer satisfaction sustainably.</p>
<p>Your key areas of focus will be:</p>

<li>Conducting benchmarking and market analyses to develop new business models and customer-centric products in the retail e-mobility sector</li>
<li>Supporting the conception, planning, and implementation of strategic and operational projects within the Porsche Charging Network</li>
<li>Creating presentations and KPI reports for international workshops and decision-making bodies</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with international markets</li>

<p>You will start your internship at a flexible date and work for 6 months.</p>

<li>Independent, structured work style and high self-motivation</li>
<li>Excellent English language skills, German language skills, and other foreign languages are an asset</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li>
<li>Valid driver&#39;s license (class B)</li>
<li>Previous practical experience in the e-mobility sector is desirable</li>
