Your primary focus will be on owning the integration of power, control, and harnessing subsystems into finished products. This includes designing hardware such as enclosures, electronics packaging, bus bars, and cable assemblies. You will also be responsible for delivering conceptual level harness routing schemes and following best practices to define mounting locations.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will collaborate daily with a tight-knit product team, travel to exercises and work alongside warfighters to support our products, and iterate on your designs with our manufacturing team to document, build, and deliver them at scale.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of past designs integrating electrical components into mechanical assemblies, experience with cabling design and harness integration on products designed for rugged use, and high competence with engineering first principles.

You will also need to have 5+ years of professional engineering experience, CAD skills, and the ability to make high-quality engineering drawings. A BS, M.Eng, MS, or PhD in an engineering field is required, and you must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

Preferred qualifications include experience selecting and integrating ruggedized and MIL-spec connectors, familiarity with common electrical interfaces, knowledge of EMI shielding and EMC best practices, competency with 3D CAD harness routing tools, understanding of enclosure design and the fundamentals of material options, well-versed in ingress protection standards, and proficiency with NX/Teamcenter.

Active Top Secret Security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one is also preferred.
