      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and fast-moving Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and two additional leaders in the GTM organization (Director of Sales, Director of Solutions – Europe).</p>
<p>This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong prioritization, and the ability to navigate a global, fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion.
The CRO is based in the US and travels frequently to Paris and other Mistral offices, requiring tight coordination across multiple time zones.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage complex and dynamic calendars across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings, travel, and internal/external engagements.</li>
<li>Prepare briefing materials, presentations, agendas, and follow-up notes for leadership meetings.</li>
<li>Handle all incoming and outgoing communications (email, Slack, calls) with clarity, confidentiality, and strong judgment.</li>
<li>Track deadlines, priorities, and key deliverables to ensure leaders stay ahead of commitments.</li>
</ul>
<p>Operations &amp; Coordination:</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate international and domestic travel (flights, accommodations, itineraries) for the CRO and European leaders.</li>
<li>Support organization of internal and external events, client meetings, offsites, and GTM team gatherings.</li>
<li>Liaise with employees, clients, partners, and vendors as a primary point of contact for the CRO’s office.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation, filing systems, dashboards, and shared folders to keep GTM operations structured and up to date.</li>
</ul>
<p>Cross-functional Support:</p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with the Office Manager and People &amp; Operations teams on initiatives (e.g., revenue team events, onboarding support, quarterly reporting).</li>
<li>Assist with special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives driven by the CRO.</li>
</ul>
<p>Confidentiality &amp; Professionalism:</p>
<ul>
<li>Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.</li>
<li>Represent the CRO’s office with professionalism, rigor, and a solutions-oriented mindset.</li>
</ul>
<p>Who You Are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level leaders (CRO/CSO/COO preferred), ideally in fast-growing tech or consulting environments.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills in English (mandatory) and strong proficiency in French is a plus.</li>
<li>Comfortable managing shifting priorities and multiple time zones in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.</li>
<li>Strong mastery of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office; experience with productivity tools (Notion, Slack, CRM systems) is a plus.</li>
<li>Proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude and strong ownership mindset.</li>

<p><strong><strong>About the Role</strong></strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Program Manager</strong> to join the <strong>US &amp; Canada Policy and Partnerships Team</strong> within Global Affairs. This role will facilitate and enable the operational effectiveness of a fast-moving portfolio spanning US federal and state policy, Canada policy, and partnerships / external affairs workstreams.</p>
<p>You will sit at the center of a highly cross-functional environment and support program execution across parallel policy campaigns, stakeholder engagements, briefings, convenings, and strategic partnerships. You’ll help bring structure and clarity to complex workflows, maintain integrated planning and tracking across teams, and ensure work moves forward smoothly and on schedule.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Head of US and Canada Policy and Partnerships, this is a hands-on role for someone who can juggle competing priorities without dropping details, and enjoys building the systems that turn strategy into consistent execution. The ideal candidate is also fluent in using and leveraging AI tools to increase organizational effectiveness, through automating routine coordination, improving situational awareness, and accelerating decision-making.</p>
<p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p>

<li>Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.</li>
