      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Teamcenter Implementation Engineer to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a Teamcenter Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Teamcenter Active Workspace, including data model and configuration, BOM outputs, reports, and Excel deliverables. You will also be responsible for attribute management and OEM onboarding, as well as enabling and knowledge transfer within the team.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p>Take technical ownership of the Active Workspace configuration as we move from PoC to broader deployment.</p>
<p>Translate real engineering needs into workable Teamcenter solutions without over-engineering.</p>
<p>Establish clear, maintainable patterns for configuration, data modeling, and deployment.</p>
<p>Configure and maintain the Teamcenter data model using BMIDE (business objects, attributes, LOVs, relations, rules).</p>
<p>Test configuration and data model changes to ensure successful deployment without negatively affecting existing implementation.</p>
<p>Manage deployments across environments and ensure changes are controlled and understandable by others.</p>
<p>Own how downstream outputs are generated, including BOM exports to Excel.</p>
<p>Understand existing report/export mechanisms, document how they work, and make them configurable and supportable.</p>
<p>Improve report definitions and templates where needed.</p>
<p>Define how new OEM attribute sets are introduced, mapped, and governed in Teamcenter.</p>
<p>Implement scalable approaches for attribute mapping and validation rather than one-off fixes.</p>
<p>Decide when configuration is sufficient and when light customization is justified.</p>
<p>Edit and maintain Active Workspace stylesheets (XRT) to control create pages, summary views, and attribute visibility.</p>
<p>Ensure stylesheet changes are manageable across environments and upgrades.</p>
<p>Work closely with internal engineers, explaining how the system works and why decisions were made.</p>
<p>Produce clear documentation and run books so the system does not depend on tribal knowledge.</p>
<p>Mandatory Qualifications</p>
<p>5+ years hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter in a production environment.</p>
<p>Direct experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (configuration and administration; Rich Client alone is not sufficient).</p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.</p>
<p>Strong working knowledge of BMIDE and Teamcenter data model concepts.</p>
<p>Solid, hands-on experience with at least one of NX or CATIA V5 in an engineering environment; working knowledge of the other (can be weaker, but must be credible and practical).</p>
<p>Experience working with BOM structures, revisions, attributes, and downstream outputs (including Excel-based deliverables).</p>
<p>Experience editing or maintaining Active Workspace stylesheets (XRT) or equivalent UI configuration.</p>
<p>Comfortable working directly with engineers and IT, explaining technical topics clearly and pragmatically.</p>
<p>Hands-on experience with SOA and ITK customization.</p>
<p>Knowledge of Teamcenter Dispatcher Client application and troubleshooting.</p>
<p>Knowledge of Teamcenter Workflow creation, modification, and Workflow handlers.</p>
<p>Hands-on and detail-oriented. This is an individual contributor role that demands practical implementation.</p>
<p>Willing to get into configuration files, reports, and stylesheets,not just describe how they should work.</p>
<p>Practical communicator who works well with people but is comfortable making technical calls.</p>
<p>Nice to Have Qualifications</p>
<p>Experience with Teamcenter reporting / PLMXML / report builder concepts.</p>
<p>MultiCAD or OEM/supplier data exchange experience.</p>
<p>Automotive, aerospace, or similar complex engineering environment.</p>

<p>You will manage complex global relationships, interacting with suppliers in North America and beyond, while collaborating with internal teams across North America, Europe, China, and our joint ventures (CAF and Ford Otosan).</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<p>Requirements include:</p>
