<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design captivating experiences that push the boundaries and deliver innovative gameplay.</li>
<li>Lead the implementation of significant gameplay components from beginning to end, using skills such as Blueprint Scripting, Replication, Sequences, and Replays.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with design leaders to develop and refine engaging gameplay experiences.</li>
<li>Employ Unreal Blueprint to execute in-game content.</li>
<li>Be the go-to person for complex content implementation that challenges current systems or requires significant input from artists, designers, and engineers.</li>
<li>Iterate, polish, and balance gameplay mechanics and systems.</li>
<li>Advocate for an immersive player experience and craft compelling user stories.</li>
<li>Test and validate your work on target hardware.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of game design experience, with a minimum of one shipped game.</li>
<li>Proven ability to create functional prototypes.</li>
<li>Proficiency with visual scripting languages, particularly UE Blueprints (2 years).</li>
<li>Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with an in-depth knowledge of gameplay mechanics and how to create engaging experiences for players.</li>
<li>Knowledge of UE Sequencer.</li>
<li>3-5 years working in Unreal.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and proactive in identifying design and technical issues, with a willingness to seek assistance when necessary.</li>
<li>Technically skilled and capable of working independently in a small team environment as part of a larger team.</li>
<li>Experience working on multiplayer games.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.</li>
<li>Passion for video games.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with C++/C#.</li>
