We are responsible for Robinhood’s core crypto custody infrastructure, and our work directly supports new products, assets, and global expansion efforts!</p>\n<p>As a Staff Engineer, you will architect and scale secure systems for digital asset custody, transforming manual operations into automated, policy-driven infrastructure. You’ll lead high-stakes custody initiatives, drive system-wide reliability and compliance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the secure handling of digital assets at scale.</p>\n<p>This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
