This role goes beyond coffee, encompassing a wide range of beverage applications, including mixology, tea-based drinks, and emerging beverage trends.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating, leading, and executing Oatly’s beverage development strategy to advance the adoption of Oatly products to new customers</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying and nurturing genuine and strong relationships that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes for Oatly and the top-tier businesses that are driving beverage culture</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Representing the brand with integrity in all interactions, commitment to our company values, positive energy, and deep product knowledge</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiating and executing local events; either Oatly-led or in partnership with external stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and testing innovative beverage application recipes using Oatly products for operators focused on coffee, tea, cocktails, smoothies, and beyond</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively researching and anticipating beverage industry trends, consumer preferences, and flavor profiles</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with the commercial, retail, and beverage teams to gather insights and align with customer needs</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Presenting and pitching innovative drink concepts to customers and internal stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We&#39;re looking for someone who is highly creative, obsessed with emerging trends, and keen to push the boundaries of taste and experience in the drink sector.
