They will manage the full benefit lifecycle from implementation to renewal and ongoing support and administration.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Design &amp; Implementation: Input into the UK and EMEA benefits strategy in alignment with our global reward principles. Benchmark benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness across regions. Partner with local HR teams to tailor benefits offerings to regional needs while maintaining global consistency.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Governance &amp; Compliance: Ensure all benefits programs comply with local legislation and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and audit processes for benefits administration.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and consultants. Negotiate contracts and monitor service delivery to ensure high-quality employee experience.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Employee Experience: Communicate benefits programs effectively to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement. Act as a subject matter expert for benefits-related queries across international markets.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Data &amp; Reporting: Monitor benefits utilization and costs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Prepare regular reports for leadership on benefits performance and trends.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Project management: Collaborate on global reward initiatives such as policy development, Gender pay gap reporting, mobility and harmonization projects. Provide project management support for reward-related programs, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. Contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes and systems.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Administration and Support: Optimize Benefits administration and support.
