      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team for the Premier Relationship Officer role. The jobholder&#39;s primary responsibility is to assist Premier Relationship Managers (RMs) in sustaining and maintaining profitable client relationships.</p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Be proactively contacting all the clients in the portfolio to ensure that they are satisfied with the products and services provided, as well as to establish meaningful long-term relationships.</li>
<li>Ensure service delivered adheres to Group Service Level Standards (e.g. customer waiting time, phone handling efficiency, response to customer complaints, etc.)</li>
<li>Provide excellent account handling service and administrative support</li>
<li>Handle difficult client situations, raising issues to upper management as appropriate, and recommending ways to resolve them</li>
<li>Ensure that client transactions and interactions meet all compliance/audit and sales quality standards (i.e. a/c opening and closing, booking of investments, follow up necessary documents)</li>
<li>Proactively explain products and risk assessment in assisting client purchase of WMT products and assists in acquiring new clients by generating leads from existing clients&#39; referrals</li>
<li>Attending the various sales, product, and technical skills training provided, passing the requisite accreditation exams, and displaying the minimum required skills/competencies for the PA&#39;s</li>
<li>Be assisting RMs identifying clients&#39; financial goals and expectations in order to help clients select appropriate investment opportunities considering their risk-return profiles and investment portfolios.</li>

<li>Must be a Bachelor&#39;s Degree Holder</li>
