      <Description><![CDATA[<p>In this role, you will directly shape and improve the value of Spotify for Artists&#39; products, such as Marquee and Showcase, for artists. You will work with a cross-functional team to define product strategy and ship impact, from prototyping through development and commercialization.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include setting the vision and managing the roadmap for a squad within the artist promotion organisation, building alignment against your roadmap and gaining support from relevant cross-functional teams, prioritising new features based on customer needs, business potential, and technical platform scalability, and setting and following metrics that advise on the success of the products and their impact on the Spotify ecosystem and users.</p>
<p>You will partner with PMs, design, insights, and engineering teams on the design, implementation, delivery, and adoption of features. You will also set and follow metrics that advise on the success of the products and their impact on the Spotify ecosystem and users.</p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience working as a product manager or similar discipline in cross-functional teams, experience collaborating with a wide range of non-product partners in a matrixed organisation, and the ability to influence and inspire teams.</p>
<p>You will be a compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audience types, and you will ideally have worked on a B2B or B2C product. You will be passionate about the opportunity to better serve artists and their teams, and you will have a team-first approach and have developed techniques to ensure your teams are happy, motivated, and productive.</p>
<p>You will be comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple offices and time zones, and you will be able to work within the Eastern Standard time zone for collaboration.</p>
<p>The base salary for this position is $95,658 - $136,654, plus equity, and the benefits available include health insurance, six months paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, a monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, and 13 paid flexible holidays.</p>
