<p>As a Manager, Enterprise Security Engineering, you will lead a high-performing team of security engineers, set technical direction, and establish clear standards for engineering excellence and ownership. You will define and execute the security roadmap for infrastructure, remote access/ZTNA, endpoint, and M&amp;A, and design and implement security controls across cloud, production, and corporate infrastructure.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Building, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of security engineers</li>
<li>Setting technical direction and establishing clear standards for engineering excellence and ownership</li>
<li>Partnering in hiring, performance management, and career development</li>
<li>Defining and executing the security roadmap for infrastructure, remote access/ZTNA, endpoint, and M&amp;A</li>
<li>Designing and implementing security controls across cloud, production, and corporate infrastructure</li>
<li>Developing tools and systems to improve security posture and operational efficiency</li>
<li>Conducting security architecture and design reviews for systems and applications</li>
<li>Partnering across infrastructure, IT, product, and security teams to reduce risk while enabling velocity</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and collaborate across teams</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical roadmaps and delivered outcomes</li>
<li>Have participated in or supported incident response events</li>
<li>Strong programming ability in one or more general-purpose languages (Python, Go, Rust, etc)</li>
<li>Experience with one or more infrastructure as code languages (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK) in a production capacity</li>
<li>Experience conducting security architecture or design reviews around custom business applications</li>
<li>Strong understanding of modern attack vectors and defensive mitigation strategies</li>
<li>Experience working with cloud platforms and deploying applications through CI/CD pipelines</li>
<li>Experience implementing security controls across endpoints, corporate cloud environments, and internal infrastructure</li>
<li>Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred qualifications include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience building bespoke solutions in high-growth and high-complexity environments</li>
<li>Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security ecosystem and tooling</li>
<li>Strong experience with Linux operating systems</li>
