You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing workflows to improve stability and performance. You will document designs, workflows, configurations, and operational procedures.

You will participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team-based learning to uplift engineering quality and consistency.

You will work with various tooling in Security, IT, and Production Engineering.

This role requires 10+ years of experience in automation engineering, systems integration, or workflow development. You should have experience developing LLM-powered automations, conversational interfaces, or Agentic AI assistants. You should have knowledge of Git and modern version control practices.
