<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Oversee the full data lifecycle, including collection, storage, and result extraction, ensuring timely delivery to accompanying engineering teams.</li>
<li>Generate detailed reports, manage test data, and maintain rigorous documentation for record-keeping.</li>
<li>Manage engine sign-offs for customer race engines, serving as the final quality gate before delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or an equivalent technical degree.</li>
<li>3+ years of professional experience in race or high-performance powertrain testing.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and driveline components.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of basic data acquisition principles, sensor types, CAN bus architecture, and general automotive electronics.</li>
<li>Proficient knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to accurately interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.</li>
<li>Experience with AVL Puma, AVL Concerto, AVL Indicom, or equivalent testing software.</li>
<li>Must hold or be eligible for a passport. International and domestic travel may be required to support racing activities.</li>

<p>This position is at salary grade 6 and ranges from $72,480 to $121,440. Final determination of salary grade will be based on the candidate&#39;s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility, and competitive market value.</p>

As a Calibration Engineer, you will work closely with our customers to develop, test, and optimise the performance of their future powertrains and vehicle programs.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Support powertrain development projects across internal and customer opportunities covering a range of powertrain concepts</li>
<li>Perform autonomously data processing and analysis, with reporting to customer teams and management</li>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>Minimum of 2:1 or a Master’s degree in a relevant engineering area (Mechanical, Automotive, etc)</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills with ability to summarise and make clear technical recommendations across multifunctional disciplines with supporting data</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of electrification and hybridization technologies and operation</li>
<li>Experience of engine software or calibration development processes and working knowledge of calibration tools such as ETAS Inca, ATI Vision etc.</li>
<li>Knowledge of calibration and data analysis tools such as AVL Concerto, CANape, AVL CAMEO, DIAdem etc.</li>
