deployment</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work directly with operators, mission SMEs, and internal stakeholders to understand user needs and prioritize system features and capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive 0→1 development: take loosely defined mission problems, propose solutions, prototype quickly, iterate with flight test data, and mature systems into production-ready capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead cross functional development: mechanical &amp;
