      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Senior Electrical Integration Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will work closely with avionics, systems, manufacturing, and flight test teams to support the development and test of air vehicle designs. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer-operated hardware, we are looking for you.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Creating support documentation, including block diagrams, ICDs, and wiring interconnect diagrams throughout all phases of product development.</li>
<li>Building up and testing avionics system components through lab, ground, and flight tests.</li>
<li>Managing concurrent involvement in multiple projects at various stages.</li>
<li>Participating in design reviews and providing input to identify issues and drive design choices.</li>
<li>Conducting root cause analysis in support of vehicle integration and field operations.</li>
</ul>
<p>Required qualifications include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Proficient in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications.</li>
<li>Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, MIL-STD-1553).</li>
<li>Must possess excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active US Secret security clearance.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred qualifications include:</p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years experience designing and integrating electrical systems into high-speed air vehicles or missiles.</li>
<li>Experienced and familiar with aircraft avionics module vendors and avionics component suppliers in UAS programs.</li>
<li>Experience with Siemens Capital software for 2D modeling and drafting.</li>
