Automotive Software Engineer - AUTOSAR BSW

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Software Engineer to join our team in Gothenburg. As a key member of our software development team, you will work closely with system engineers and architects to design and develop robust software platforms for next-generation vehicles.

Your primary responsibilities will include configuring and generating AUTOSAR BSW modules using tools such as Vector DaVinci and EB tresos, ensuring smooth integration into our software platforms. You will also work in modern CI/CD environments with tools like Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, and Docker, contributing to stable and scalable build and integration flows.

A significant part of your role will involve supporting HIL/SIL testing and performing advanced fault analysis using tools such as Vector and Lauterbach Trace32, analyzing runtime behavior, memory usage, and integration challenges directly on target ECUs. Your work will be done in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, following MBSE principles and agile development methods to ensure robust, optimized, and future-proof software solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software development, preferably with experience in embedded systems, and a good understanding of AUTOSAR methodology and related tools. You should also be proficient in C programming and have experience with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, SPI, and Ethernet.

As a person, you should be comfortable working in complex technical environments, able to combine problem-solving skills with structured and analytical work. You should be curious, driven, and have a natural ability to see the big picture in a software platform, while also being willing to dive into details when needed. You should appreciate collaboration and knowledge sharing in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly and unpretentiously.

In return, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where you can grow, influence, and drive technological advancements forward – making a real difference for future mobility!
