      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Lead Industrial Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will be responsible for leading an industrial engineering team across a portfolio of product lines, driving production operations to achieve KPIs, supporting the development of new production lines and the implementation of new products, developing and deploying industrial engineering best practices, and driving rapid project execution.</p>
<p>Owning Strategic Projects - You will own the design and bring up of production lines and factories, collaborating closely with Facilities, Manufacturing Engineering, Mfg Ops, and Material Flow organizations. You will partner with manufacturing leadership to assess and solve build plan scenarios and align factory design strategy for future manufacturing sites. You will lead initiatives across Anduril sites to solve ongoing production issues, set up new facilities and production lines, and support deployment and harmonization of Industrial Engineering across global sites.</p>
<p>Team Leadership and Support - You will effectively lead a team of Industrial Engineers across multiple products or a family of products to setup and optimize production systems. You will play a key role in the growth of the Industrial Engineering organization by creating and standardizing internal tools and processes, mentoring and training junior team members, and fostering a collaborative and productive environment rooted in accountability. You will be a trusted subject matter expert for Industrial Engineering fundamentals and tools such as capacity and labor modeling, factory design, simulation, process improvement, and data analytics.</p>
<p>Industrial Engineering - You will produce and maintain capacity models and production ramp plans to define labor planning, capex requirements, workstation design, and throughput gaps. You will design effective facility layouts and production lines using CAD and simulation which meet process requirements, enable production targets, optimize resource allocation and material flow, and maximize productivity and quality. You will identify and champion improvements to key causes of high variability or production bottlenecks, driving actions to resolution across disciplines and stakeholders. You will leverage a data-driven approach to production design and process improvements to improve throughput.</p>

<p><strong>Based in Frankfurt (Technical Center) and Offenbach (Headquarters) in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai’s global motorsport activities, including our factory programs in WRC, TCR, Customer Racing, and the LMDh project. We are currently looking for a Motorsport PR Intern to join our team.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Main tasks</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Media Relations Support:</strong> Maintain and update the global media database; support accreditation processes for journalists and photographers across WRC, TCR, Customer Racing, and LMDh events.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Editorial Production:</strong> Draft, proofread, and edit press kits, race previews, and post-event reports for all Hyundai Motorsport racing programs.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Clipping &amp; Reporting:</strong> Conduct daily monitoring of international media to assess brand sentiment; prepare structured coverage reports after each rally or race event.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>On-Site &amp; Event Logistics:</strong> Assist the PR team during “Home Office” race weekends or on-site events, including media zone coordination and interview schedule management.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Archive Management:</strong> Keep the digital asset management system (DAM) organized and updated with high-resolution images, b-roll, and LMDh technical media assets.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, International Business, or a related field.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Specialization in Corporate Communications or Sports Management is highly preferred.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Previous internship experience in PR agencies, newsrooms, or communications roles within sports or automotive industries is an advantage.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to write structured, accurate, and engaging English content (articles, blogs, or academic work).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience in fast-paced event environments or hospitality roles is beneficial.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal English skills (C1/C2). German is highly beneficial; Korean, French, or Spanish are assets in the international paddock.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to translate complex technical data — including hybrid systems and LMDh performance information — into compelling and accessible stories.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentations).</li>
