<p>As an engineer on this team, you will contribute to the technical direction of our infrastructure services platform, collaborate with experienced engineers, and help build critical systems. You&#39;ll own features from development through deployment and deepen your expertise in financial infrastructure.</p>
<p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain infrastructure that powers digital asset custody, trading, staking, and settlement for enterprise financial institutions</li>
<li>Contribute to virtual accounting layers, API integrations, and multi-tenant platform architectures with guidance from senior engineers</li>
<li>Write clear, concise, tested code and participate in code reviews to improve engineering practices</li>
<li>Build understanding of security, reliability, and testing best practices in a regulated environment</li>

<p><strong>You may be a fit for this role if you have:</strong></p>

<li>2-5 years of professional experience building backend services and distributed systems</li>
<li>Experience contributing to customer-facing APIs or multi-tenant platform architectures</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud-native microservices (we use GCP, but experience with other cloud providers is sufficient)</li>
<li>A track record of writing automated tests alongside your features and supporting production systems</li>
<li>Experience participating in on-call support and incident response for production systems</li>
<li>Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, systems design),formal CS degree not required</li>
<li>A genuine interest in code quality, infrastructure reliability, and security</li>
<li>The ability to prioritize end-user experience and business value</li>

      <Title>Tech Lead, Core Experience</Title>

As a Tech Lead, Core Experience, you will work with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager and the rest of the engineering team to plan, build, release and maintain high quality software. You will be the primary driver of the system architecture, technical direction and team member’s technical skill development.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience building backend services, have designed, delivered and maintained customer facing APIs, and have experience designing, building and deploying cloud native micro-services. They will be passionate about building automated tests alongside their features, enjoy building services from scratch and supporting them over a meaningful period of time, and have a genuine interest and pride in code quality and infrastructure.</p>
<p>As a team, we are constantly striving to innovate in order to build the future of cryptocurrency and the digital asset ecosystem. <p>Responsibilities:
Create and maintain shared services and libraries that are used across our entire services.
Review code across the engineering organization while actively participating in product development.
Find simple solutions to complex software problems.
Efficiently implement high quality code (functional, performant, clear, concise and well tested).
Production support. Participate in the on-call rotation and troubleshoot, mitigate and learn from production incidents to reduce their incidence.
Drive down technical complexity, refactor existing systems safely. Leave the codebase better than you found it.</p>
<p>Complexity and Impact of Work:
Lead large, strategic, ambiguous and complex projects that can be broken down into smaller achievable pieces.
