<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li>
<li>Developing and managing comprehensive campaign strategies across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on personalized marketing within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li>
<li>Segmenting audiences based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to personalize messaging and maximize engagement.</li>
<li>Creating and managing campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including designing emails, building automated journeys, and managing subscriber lists. Additionally, you will utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud&#39;s capabilities to create engaging and effective campaigns, A/B test various campaign elements, and monitor campaign performance in real-time.</p>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need to have a bachelor&#39;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in automotive finance or financial services industry. You should also have strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools, ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, and excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p>
