In this pivotal role, you will provide health and safety guidance and support to managers across our businesses, enhancing the strong H&S performance already in place. Collaborative in-approach, a proven self-starter, you will drive improvements to our H&S operating system, support the implementation of best practice, and accelerate improvements to our health and safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management with the communication and enhancement of our H&S operating model, including support and advice to H&S Committees
• Enhance our risk management processes and tools, supporting line management to deliver effective risk assessments
• Oversee processes to ensure effective training, compliance, and fit-for-purpose equipment checks are optimised
• Define and deliver processes, campaigns, and programmes that enhance our Health and Safety culture
