      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Our client is a leading insurer seeking a skilled FBS Online Social Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing online social marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leverage digital analytics and manage day-to-day operations of paid Display &amp; Social Media Acquisition plans</li>
<li>Create and manage campaigns that deliver on key KPIs of sales calls and premium</li>
<li>Analyze weekly campaign performance to feed into management reporting and lead audience management and segment creation within technology platforms</li>
<li>Partner with analytics team to create dashboards for analysis and optimization</li>
<li>Manage vendors, including display networks and social websites</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross-functional partners to include analytics, creative/content and customer relationship management (CRM) team to execute specific display and social media campaigns as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field</li>
<li>English proficiency</li>
<li>Proven experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms</li>
<li>Salesforce Marketing Cloud</li>
<li>Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions</li>
<li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic coding for email templates</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage and implement several marketing campaigns</li>
