<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience in Paid Search, with a proven track record of managing and growing high-performing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts.</li>
<li>Experience running PPC across multiple international markets, ideally including the UK, US, and/or AU.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to drive ecommerce revenue while maintaining strong ROI, particularly in voucher, rewards, or commerce-led environments.</li>
<li>Solid technical expertise in conversion tracking, attribution modelling, and PPC measurement.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Floodlight and Google Marketing Platform tools, including SA360 and Ads Editor.</li>
<li>Confidence working with tech and analytics teams to diagnose and resolve tracking or data issues.</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of Paid Search metrics, bid automation, auction dynamics, and optimisation levers.</li>
