      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our global talent team. As a Talent Advisor, you will support and help grow our Field organization in the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruiting, managing and driving the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance, and crafting a consistent and extraordinary hiring experience for candidates and internal client groups.</p>
<p>You will participate with the global recruiting team to develop, implement and execute recruiting strategies, solidify relationships with Field leadership, and serve as an advisor and partner to build healthy pipelines of stellar candidates and fill current openings.</p>
<p>As a passionate Elastic brand ambassador, you will help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline. You will also partner with other departments, such as Finance and Legal, to drive the recruiting process.</p>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need 8+ years of sales recruiting experience, demonstrable experience recruiting for a software company, and the ability to effectively articulate the Elastic value proposition and story to candidates.</p>
<p>You will also need to be able to cold-call and establish relationships by phone, email, and social media channels, experience collaborating with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle, authority in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques, and working knowledge of ATS tools and recruiting technologies.</p>
<p>Additionally, you will need to be bilingual in both English and Japanese.</p>

<li>Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience with ATS tools, reporting and data-driven recruiting practices</li>
