<li>Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and project timelines for upstream positions.</li>
<li>Collaborating with sales partners and leadership plan and execute the top priorities including sourcing and submittal of candidates.</li>
</ul>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of high-volume staffing experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on upstream roles.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Oil &amp; Gas, Energy and/or Skilled Trades industries.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlines.</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>At CoreWeave, we&#39;re looking for a Talent Analytics Analyst to join our Talent Operations team. As a Talent Analytics Analyst, you will own the development of talent dashboards, reporting, and executive-level presentations that help leadership make informed, data-driven hiring decisions.</p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain talent dashboards that provide real-time visibility into recruiting funnel health, pipeline efficiency, and hiring performance across the organization</li>
<li>Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and slide decks that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership</li>
<li>Define, document, and standardize key recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source of hire) to ensure consistency across the team</li>
<li>Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support strategic hiring decisions</li>
<li>Monitor data quality and integrity across recruiting systems and flag inconsistencies proactively</li>

<p>You will partner with data engineering to ensure recruiting data from our systems flow cleanly into our data warehouse. You will also build and maintain data models and pipelines that support recurring reporting needs. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and reduce time spent on recurring data pulls.</p>
<p>As a Talent Analytics Analyst, you will work closely with Talent leadership, recruiters, and People Ops to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions. You will also partner with Finance and HR on workforce analytics. You will serve as the go-to resource for data questions across the Talent team and present findings and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders in a clear, digestible format.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in analytics, people analytics, or recruiting operations. They will have experience with Omni or similar BI tools and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with SQL and Google Apps Script is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with ATS platforms, ideally Greenhouse, is also a plus. The candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes where none exist.</p>
