Key Responsibilities:

• Minimal 8 years of experience on SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) module.
• Proven experience on S/4HANA EAM.
• Knowledge about integration with other modules like Warehouse Management, Materials Management, Finance, procurement.
• Deep understanding of Plant Maintenance processes like Request Maintenance, Work Order planning & Execution, Preventive Maintenance (i.e. time-based / performance based), Calibration, Refurbishment.
• Experience with Data Migration/Harmonization/Cleansing of Plant Maintenance Objects.
• Experience with Global Technical Object structures.
• Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) EAM.
• Experience with SAP EAM Cloud tools (i.e. SAP APM, Asset Manager).
• Experience with Assets EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) processes.
• Experience with Handover for Engineering to Maintenance processes.

Requirements:

• Substantial proven experience working in client-facing consulting / contracting roles.
• Good communication and proactive attitude.
• Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources.
