<p>We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Consultant to lead and deliver complex SAP PM solutions across multiple client engagements. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the SAP PM workstream, provide strategic guidance to clients, mentor consulting teams, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.</p>
<p>This position combines hands-on functional expertise, client advisory responsibilities, making it ideal for a consultant ready to drive large-scale transformation programs.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the SAP PM workstream on S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or conversion programs.</li>
<li>Own solution design decisions for end-to-end plant maintenance and asset management processes.</li>
<li>Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of PM scope across project phases.</li>
<li>Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated SAP modules.</li>
<li>Act as the primary SAP PM trusted advisor for client stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and S/4HANA roadmap.</li>
<li>Translate complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.</li>
<li>Drive fit-to-standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices.</li>

      <Title>Director, Operations Accounting Enablement</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>The Director, Operations Accounting Enablement will own the strategy, leadership, and scaling of the Company&#39;s fixed asset and inventory accounting functions. This role is central to strengthening financial controls, ensuring audit readiness, and enabling operational scalability as the business continues to grow.</p>
<p>This role requires a strong blend of technical accounting expertise, process and systems enablement, and cross-functional leadership to support a rapidly evolving organization.</p>
<p>The Director will serve as a key partner to Operations, Supply Chain, FP&amp;A, IT, and external auditors, driving the design and implementation of best-in-class accounting processes, systems, and governance frameworks.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Designing and operating SOX-compliant controls over fixed assets and inventory</li>
<li>Establishing capital expenditure approval, tracking, and reconciliation frameworks</li>
<li>Leading the transformation of the asset lifecycle and inventory accounting processes</li>
<li>Partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&amp;A, and IT to drive measurable improvements</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will have progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership roles overseeing fixed assets and/or inventory accounting in high-value or complex environments.</p>
<p>They will also have a proven track record of designing and operating SOX-compliant controls, establishing capital expenditure approval frameworks, and leading the transformation of asset lifecycle and inventory accounting processes.</p>
<p>In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional partnership skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a CPA and/or public accounting background.</p>
<p>The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location.</p>
<p>In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).</p>
