This role touches a wide variety of expertise including tools, procedural systems, asset construction, lighting and material systems, performance optimization, and landscapes. This is a forward-looking position focused on modernizing our worldbuilding pipelines, bringing new efficiency and capabilities to our art team and broadening the expertise of our Technical Art department.</p>\n<p>As a Lead Technical Artist - Environments, you will interpret high-level creative direction for the Apex Legends franchise from the lens of worldbuilding and build technical solutions to hit our goals. You will assess current worldbuilding pipelines against future-looking goals, establish a vision and roadmap, and then lead your team on execution.
