\nYou will also support Investment Efficiency for assembly equipment and systems, support development of new technology through the Concept and Implementation Readiness Process, work with departmental peers to ensure complete alignment across all cylinder head assembly systems, deliver Manufacturing Quality Operating System requirements for cylinder head assembly system, collaborate with Product Development team to generate facility & tooling costs, improve quality, and reduce labor requirements, and use virtual tools to evaluate the feasibility of new model designs for high volume manufacturing operations.
\nAdditionally, you will write/modify/maintain process sheets and deliver updated Cycle Line Layouts, lead identification, resolution, and closure of Assembly feasibility issues, create and follow a master schedule for the design, build, and implementation of tools in your subsystem, lead cylinder head assembly equipment installation, start-up, and commissioning at the manufacturing site, and lead identification, resolution, and closure of all launch product and equipment issues.
