As an Electrician at Multimatic, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility lighting and power distribution systems to ensure 100% operational uptime while strictly adhering to electrical codes and corporate safety standards.\\n\\n### Responsibilities\\n\\n- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility lighting and power distribution systems to ensure 100% operational uptime while strictly adhering to electrical codes and corporate safety standards.\\n- Execute complex electrical repairs and installations on production machinery, including precision die wiring and the integration of hardware components.\\n- Oversee assembly line automation by creating, modifying, and backing up PLC programs to ensure seamless production flow and rapid recovery from software-related downtime.\\n- Manage the end-to-end documentation process, including the accurate and timely completion of work orders, time sheets, logboard entries, and line book revisions.\\n- Actively participate in the company’s continuous improvement (CI) programs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing suggestions to enhance production line efficiency.\\n- Manage the procurement of electrical components by identifying required parts and strictly following the company’s standardized "parts received" and inventory procedures.\\n- Conduct rigorous routine preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to proactively identify failure points and extend the lifecycle of manufacturing assets.\\n- Ensure all maintenance activities conform to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards to maintain facility certifications and automotive quality benchmarks.\\n- Maintain a clean, tidy, and highly organized work area to promote a safe, efficient, and professional maintenance environment.\\n- Champion a "Safety First" culture by operating in strict accordance with all General Job Instructions and departmental safety protocols.\\n- Perform additional technical duties as assigned and follow all Level II job instruction manuals to support overall plant objectives\\n- Other Duties as Assigned
