\nYou will prioritize work activities for operators to achieve target on time delivery goals. You will handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines. You will ensure they are working on the right thing at the right time. You will apply competency in use of hand tools, assembly tooling and general manufacturing equipment. You will utilize reading and comprehension skills to follow documented build instructions.
\nYou will be an active participant in 5S and continuous improvement activities. You will provide feedback on ways to improve building process. You will complete transactions in computer production systems (MES, NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau) on daily basis. You will assist in weekly report out of production progress, blockers, risks, and needs.
\nYou will be aware of the escalation path for problems that arise on the floor and follow through to completion. You will be able to work on the line, provide training and support new operator training as required. \nRequired qualifications include 10+ years experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields, prior experience leading a team either in-kind or directly, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, a full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principals, and change management (ECOs).
\nPreferred qualifications include 2+ years of operational leadership experience, leading a production team, experience working with ERP and MES systems, working knowledge of AS9100 standards and OSHA laws, experience working with high-voltage electrical components (up to 400VDc), experience performing functional checkouts and tests, and diagnosing issues discovered during these processes.
\nThe salary range for this role is $32-$42.31 USD per hour.
