<p>About the team</p>
<p>The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organization is responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximum business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and an adoption roadmap for our customers. As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. To aid your customers, you will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Success.</p>

<li>Paid Media: Planning and execution of local paid media campaigns in cooperation with agencies and internal paid media department. Adapting global approach to local market or developing your own if needed.</li>
<li>Influencers: Build campaigns on a quarterly basis, with relevant influencers in the region, to increase brand awareness and promote sell-out with key accounts.</li>
<li>Develop a strong relationship with the Marketing Team in both the region and EMEA Services hub to ensure the coordination and implementation of local/regional marketing activities.</li>
<li>Provide market feedback on trends, opportunities, products, sales and other relevant developments.</li>
<li>Ability to work extended hours as business needs dictate and availability for frequent meetings with key accounts, marketing teams, other important stakeholders and to attend key tradeshows, fairs and events.</li>
<li>Improve understanding of customer needs in the region and bring this knowledge to headquarters.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Skill Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience from a similar role within Consumer Electronics (or Gaming).</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube.</li>
<li>Experience working with ecommerce platforms is highly beneficial.</li>
<li>Practical experience with key paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, and Amazon will be particularly beneficial.</li>
<li>Ability to use MS Excel on an intermediate level or higher.</li>
<li>Understanding and ability to implement premium brand positioning across all sales channels.</li>
<li>Having a deep engagement with the world of esports and gaming can be beneficial.</li>
<li>English and Arabic spoken and written fluently.</li>

<p>You will work at the intersection of AI safety and information integrity, combining deep expertise in influence operations with technical investigation skills to identify threat actors who leverage AI to generate synthetic content, amplify narratives, manipulate public discourse, or undermine democratic processes. Your work will directly shape how Anthropic defends against one of the most rapidly evolving categories of AI misuse.</p>
