      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re building Reddit&#39;s Mid-Market team in North America to support a rapidly expanding book of advertisers who are looking to grow their businesses through Reddit&#39;s unique, intent-rich communities.</p>
<p>As a Client Account Executive, you will have end-to-end ownership to grow and retain your book of business across the App Dev segment. You will drive strategic conversations, guide campaign execution, and partner cross-functionally to help app-first advertisers succeed on Reddit.</p>
<p>Core Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and agencies.</li>
<li>Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through thoughtful client consultation, performance analysis, and solution-oriented storytelling.</li>
<li>Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations using market trends, performance data, and industry context to advise clients on how to scale on Reddit.</li>
<li>Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns to achieve your clients&#39; advertising objectives across performance and brand campaigns.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on key campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Identify and communicate product feedback and market insights to cross-functional teams to influence Reddit’s go-to-market strategy.</li>
<li>Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.</li>
<li>Cultivate strong client relationships with a customer-first mindset, balancing client priorities with Reddit best practices and long-term success planning.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the mobile app advertising ecosystem, customer marketing funnel, and auction-based environments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with mobile measurement providers (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and visual - with a strong ability to craft and present narratives that drive action.</li>
<li>Highly analytical; comfortable translating data into client-facing insights.</li>
<li>Motivated self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong understanding of performance measurement and attribution.</li>
