<p>The Role</p>
<p>As a Senior SDET, you are a strong software engineer with deep expertise in test automation and quality engineering. You design and own scalable test frameworks, drive quality strategy for your domain, and proactively identify risk in complex, cloud-native systems.</p>
<p>This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office. The role reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance, who is located in Bangalore.</p>
<p>This role is hands-on, technical, and impact-driven, with clear expectations around ownership, influence, and mentorship.</p>
<p>What You’ll Do</p>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for APIs, microservices, and web integrations.</li>

<li>Perform deep-dive testing of the Connect platform, with a strong focus on asynchronous workflows, data consistency, resiliency, and latency.</li>

<li>Own and evolve quality gates within the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring fast, actionable feedback on every pull request.</li>

<li>Plan and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test coverage across UI, API, and database layers.</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>About the Role</p>
<p>As a Product Support Engineer, you&#39;ll partner with our product and engineering teams to resolve bugs, prioritize customer requests, and document APIs and functionalities across multiple applications.</p>
<p>We are looking for exceptional support engineers who have the demonstrable ability to debug complex calling and meeting issues and the drive to learn and grow technically, solve challenging problems, and exceed customer expectations.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>

<li>Triage, prioritize, and resolve or escalate tickets reported by Customer Support and other product development teams, such as product, engineering, and QA.</li>

<p>Your role -------- As a Sr. SDET in Agentic QA, you will own the test automation and quality frameworks that support Dialpad’s AI Voice Agent services.</p>
<p>You will develop automated tests for end-to-end product experiences, from frontend UI to backend services to APIs to audio/text interactions.</p>
<p>You will test orchestration flows, agent configuration experiences, and guardian safeguards to create robust automated coverage for functionality, performance, reliability, UX, and more.</p>
