<li>Supporting IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology rollouts.</li>
<li>Training and mentoring Level 1 technicians, providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques and best practices.</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and data protection protocols.</li>
</ul>

As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation. <p>Responsibilities:</p>

<p>Desired Skills:</p>

<li>Experience in supporting and troubleshooting desktop, laptops, peripherals, applications and windows operating system related issues</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and antivirus, Jira related troubleshooting</li>
<li>Knowledge of Perforce, Outlook configuration</li>
<li>Assertive communication skills (written/verbal) with the ability to deal with users at all levels in organization and customer service orientation</li>
<li>Excellent listening skills</li>
<li>Exposure on remote management tools and workflow</li>
