Utilize the Ansys Technical Support toolset, including Innovation Space, AnsysGPT, and other AI-based platforms, to identify, develop, and deliver effective solutions to customer issues. Adhere to established support processes to ensure timely, high-quality customer service and consistently drive strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
\nDevelop deep technical expertise in simulation areas relevant to customer applications, industry trends, and the Ansys Optics and Photonics portfolio. Submit product improvement suggestions, file defect reports, and verify fixes in alignment with defect reporting protocols; this is a key responsibility of the role and an important part of improving product quality and customer success. Document and share knowledge to improve team effectiveness, support consistency, and customer outcomes.
