<p>The responsibilities In this role, you will be expected to support and enhance Polestar&#39;s working capital operations. Working as a member of the Group Treasury team, you will be instrumental in managing financing facilities, improving reporting and control processes, and ensuring that our markets have the working capital needed for day-to-day operations. Below is a summary of the main responsibilities:</p>

<li>Support inventory financing operations by maintaining financing demand per subsidiary and executing daily drawdowns, repayments, and related SOX controls.</li>
<li>Contribute to the Group&#39;s overdue management process by preparing accurate Accounts Receivable overdue reports and analyses.</li>
<li>Operate and manage factoring programs that accelerate cash inflows for markets.</li>
<li>Coordinate documentation, approvals, and credit assessments required for working capital facilities.</li>
<li>Maintain and enhance working capital dashboards and KPIs used for internal and lender reporting.</li>
<li>Prepare governance materials for internal stakeholders and external financial partners.</li>
<li>Act as a key point of contact during Working Capital Audits.</li>
<li>Support implementation projects such as new facility setups, new logistics flows, or changes to invoicing structures.</li>
<li>Ensure that Treasury systems, including Kyriba, reflect accurate utilisation, limits, forecasts, and headroom data.</li>
<li>Deliver recurring reporting packages, including weekly utilisation overviews, monthly financing demand forecasts, and quarterly business plan updates.</li>

<p><strong>Own and deliver B2B pipeline generation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Take full accountability for paid inbound pipeline delivery with a multi-million dollar budget</li>
<li>Partner with business leadership and finance to forecast, track performance, and present results in monthly and quarterly business reviews</li>
<li>Build lead scoring frameworks, funnel definitions, and pipeline attribution models</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Build the demand generation infrastructure from scratch</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Revenue Operations to select, implement, and optimise the marketing technology stack (MAP, intent data, ABM platforms, analytics)</li>
<li>Stand up and scale all demand generation channels: paid search, paid social, display, ABM, content syndication, and webinar programs</li>
<li>Develop and launch account-based marketing strategies targeting high-value enterprise accounts</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Drive content, creative strategy, and relentless optimisation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure we have the right content and creative assets across all stages of the buyer journey</li>
<li>Collaborate with Content and Design teams to develop and iterate on high-performing assets</li>
<li>Establish a rigorous testing culture – constantly experiment with messaging, creative formats, CTAs, and landing pages to improve conversion and pipeline quality</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Execute cross-functionally and drive alignment</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with Sales and SDR teams to define ideal customer profiles, develop outbound sequences, and optimise lead handoff</li>
<li>Mobilise internal marketing teams and external agencies to execute your strategic vision</li>
<li>Build relationships across Product Marketing, Content, Design, Sales Enablement, and Analytics to deliver integrated campaigns</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Leverage Replit&#39;s unique PLG-to-Sales motion</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Convert our large base of individual users into qualified B2B opportunities by identifying workplace expansion signals</li>
<li>Partner with Product and Analytics teams to instrument product-qualified lead (PQL) scoring and routing</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>10+ years of B2C &amp; B2B demand generation and performance marketing experience</strong>, with 5+ years in B2B SaaS focused on enterprise customers</li>
<li><strong>Proven track record building demand generation from zero-to-one</strong> as the first or early demand gen hire, managing multi-million dollar budgets with demonstrated ROI and pipeline contribution</li>
<li><strong>Deep expertise in ABM strategies</strong> (account selection, multi-channel orchestration, measuring engagement) and hands-on experience with marketing technology (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase)</li>
<li><strong>Extensive experience establishing lead management frameworks</strong> with lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, and funnel optimisation in partnership with Sales and RevOps</li>
<li><strong>Strong analytical capabilities and obsessive focus on testing</strong> – you connect data from disparate sources, design experiments, interpret results quickly, and continuously improve performance</li>
<li><strong>Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships</strong> and provide creative direction for demand generation assets</li>
<li>Track record converting PLG users into enterprise opportunities, experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft), intent data platforms, event marketing, or high-growth tech companies is a plus</li>
