<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to join the Agency Experience and Technology Team. This role supports key systems and initiatives that enhance the agent experience, including agent email provisioning, record retrievals, agent texting support, and APEX (agency CRM).</p>
<p>Acting as a liaison between Business and IT, you will help translate business needs into effective technology solutions while contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiency.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a liaison between Business and IT to deliver solutions that meet organisational needs.</li>
<li>Support systems and initiatives such as agent email provisioning, record retrievals, agent texting, and APEX (agency CRM).</li>
<li>Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.</li>
<li>Assist in business case development, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and project scope definition.</li>
<li>Perform impact analysis and support effort and cost estimation.</li>
<li>Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and training activities.</li>
<li>Develop process maps, functional specifications, and preliminary systems design documentation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to prioritise and deliver capabilities.</li>
<li>Conduct quality reviews on project deliverables and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Research and investigate system issues, compliance requests, and technical requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience</li>
<li>1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, technology support, or a related field.</li>
<li>Knowledge in Insurance is a plus</li>
<li>Bachelors Degree</li>
<li>User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li>
<li>Agile methodology.</li>
<li>Process mapping and impact analysis.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.</li>

<p>Learning Strategy Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, performance goals, and workforce development needs in the automotive manufacturing and EV sectors Conduct in-depth analysis of learning requirements, job roles, and skill gaps to develop comprehensive learning strategies and frameworks Design and implement strategic plans for training programs, career development pathways, competency frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design and learning strategies to inform strategy development</p>
<p>Curriculum Design and Development: Lead the design and development of instructional curricula and learning materials tailored to the needs of automotive manufacturing and EV manufacturing Conduct thorough needs assessments, task analyses, and learner profiling to inform curriculum design decisions Create engaging and interactive instructional materials, including instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, videos, microlearning resources, assessments, and job aids Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment of instructional content with industry standards and organizational goals</p>
<p>Learning Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards Monitor and analyze learner feedback, performance data, and evaluation results to continuously improve learning programs and enhance learner outcomes Conduct periodic reviews of curriculum and make updates based on changes in automotive manufacturing processes, EV technologies, and industry regulations</p>
