<li>Establish a measurement framework to demonstrate how your work is driving impact (ex. Account reach, account engagement, pipeline); report regularly on results, opportunities, and learnings</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience that includes some mix of account-based marketing, integrated campaigns, content marketing, and/or regional/field marketing with demonstrated increase in scope</li>
<li>Experience with third-party account-based marketing technology (6Sense, Clay, DemandBase, etc.)</li>
<li>AI-forward; hands-on experience using AI tools to automate and accelerate insights, production, and processes</li>
<li>Knowledge of FinTech industry landscape, trends, and technology</li>

<p>Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Country Manager (Japan), Create leadership, Sales teams, and regional/global marketing colleagues. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Japan Marketing Strategy &amp; Localization</strong></p>

You will write creative briefs and collaborate with Group Marketing and the internal Design Team to deliver high-quality localised assets, pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and bespoke creative for the Japanese market.</li>
<li>Website Ownership: Own and manage the Japanese version of the Keywords Studios website, ensuring content is up-to-date, culturally relevant, SEO-optimised, and aligned with global brand standards.</li>
<li>Social Media: Manage and grow the local corporate social media channels (e.g., X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), handling community engagement and copywriting in Japanese.</li>
