      <Description><![CDATA[<p>This is a rare opportunity to work directly with Replit&#39;s CEO and executive team as the company scales through one of the most consequential shifts in software development. You&#39;ll act as a force multiplier for the CEO , owning the hardest cross-functional problems, driving the highest-stakes decisions, and ensuring leadership operates with clarity and speed.</p>
<p>This is a high-leverage IC role, not a team-building role. You use AI, automation, and sharp judgment to scale yourself , not headcount. You&#39;re the person the CEO turns to when something is complex, cross-functional, and needs a single owner.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and exec team , elevate insights, prep leadership for key decisions, and when needed serve as a stand-in</li>
<li>Proactively resolve problems before they reach the CEO , you see around corners and close gaps</li>
<li>Coordinate the CEOs network to accelerate go-to-market including in international markets like MENA where there is existing regional expertise and existing strong relationships</li>
<li>DRI decisions that span Product, Eng, Finance, and GTM , surface risks and disagreements early, drive alignment where org structure creates friction</li>
<li>Develop integrated views of product economics, market dynamics, and business performance that no single function owns</li>
<li>Use AI, automation, and agent workflows to scale your impact: analysis synthesis, scenario modeling, status aggregation, operational monitoring</li>
<li>Support the CEO&#39;s most important cross-functional initiatives , competitive positioning, pricing strategy, product economics, strategic planning , from scoping through decision</li>
</ul>
<p>What This Role Is Not:</p>
<p>Growth experimentation, quarterly reporting, analytics, revenue or financial reporting, or dashboards. Those belong to Data, RevOps, Growth Marketing, Strategic Finance, etc. This is also not the start of a team , it&#39;s a single high-leverage IC designed to scale through AI, not hiring.</p>
<p>What We Look For:</p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years in strategy, operations, or an analytical hybrid role at a high-growth tech company, with real time working alongside Product and Engineering</li>
<li>You build structure where none exists and drive decisions without formal authority</li>
<li>Credible across domains: Eng trusts your technical judgment, Finance and GTM trust your business rigor</li>
<li>Strong quantitative chops , economic models, data interrogation, signal vs. noise</li>
<li>Clear, direct communicator , executive-ready recommendations, not decks full of caveats</li>
<li>Thrives independently in ambiguity , high-impact IC, not a management track</li>
<li>Familiarity with technology ecosystems or business networks in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), or experience supporting international market expansion and strategic partnerships.</li>
</ul>
<p>Nice to Haves:</p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or automation to increase analytical and operational velocity , we&#39;d love to hear specifics</li>
<li>Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML product companies</li>
<li>Track record influencing executive decisions at $50M+ ARR companies</li>
<li>Values clarity and momentum over process for process&#39;s sake</li>
